A Google Ads agency plans, builds and runs your campaigns on Google. That covers choosing which searches to bid on, writing the ads, setting budgets and tracking which ads bring in customers. Everblue does this for businesses in Ireland, the UK and the US. We're a Google Partner, which means Google has checked our accounts against its requirements for ad performance, spend and certification.
Google Ads management is one part of our PPC management in Ireland, which also covers Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. If people already search Google for what you sell, it's usually where we start. Your campaigns are run by our team of marketers, led by James.
Taking over an existing Google Ads account
We start by reviewing what's running, keeping the campaigns that work and fixing the conversion tracking before making bigger changes. The account stays in your business's name, so its history stays with it, and we work in it with the access you give us.
Ownership matters most when a relationship ends badly. Crispy Green came to us after their previous agency cut off access to their website and hosting, and one overlooked admin account was the only way back in. With us, you own your Google Ads and analytics accounts, and there's no minimum contract term.
Who this is for, and when we'd suggest something else
A good fit if
- People already search Google for what you sell, and you want to show up while they're looking.
- You run Google Ads yourself or through an agency, and can't tell which campaigns bring in customers.
- You want to keep ownership of your ad account and not be tied into a long contract.
When we'd point you elsewhere
- If your website loses the visitors it already gets, paying Google to send more won't fix that. We'd sort out the landing page or the site first.
- If people don't search for what you sell yet, there's little for Search ads to show up for, and Facebook or Instagram ads usually suit better.
The Google Ads campaigns we run
Search campaigns
Your ads appear when people search Google for what you sell. We group keywords by what the searcher wants and add negative keywords to keep out searches that won't buy. For City Post Express, more than 200 negative keywords keep people looking for UPS, FedEx or USPS out of the budget.
Shopping campaigns
For online shops, Shopping ads show your products, prices and photos in Google's results, drawn from your store's product catalogue. We've run Google Ads for Shopify stores including Netcrisps and Crispy Green.
Display and YouTube
Display and YouTube campaigns reach people while they browse websites and watch videos, which suits products that sell better once people have seen them.
Conversion tracking set up before anything goes live
Calls, form enquiries and sales are tracked back to the campaign, ad and search that produced them. That way every campaign is judged on the customers it brings in, not on clicks.
Ads and landing pages
We write the ads and test new versions against the ones already bringing in customers. Each group of ads points to a page that answers what the searcher asked, and we'll build one if your site doesn't have it.
Budget spent where it works
Budget moves towards the campaigns that bring in customers and away from those that don't. Where clicks are expensive and sales cycles are long, we run campaigns in planned bursts rather than all year, as we do for Precise Events.
What happens and when
- Before launch
- We set up or repair conversion tracking for calls, forms and sales, and check that each one is recorded against the right campaign.
- At launch
- Campaigns go live with several versions of the ads for each group of searches, so we can see early on which ones bring in customers.
- Every week
- We review the searches your ads appeared for, add negative keywords, adjust bids and move budget towards what's working.
- Every month
- You get a report on the calls, enquiries and sales each campaign brought in, what they cost and what we plan to change next.
Google Ads results for our clients
Each case study starts where the business was when it came to us, then explains what we did and why.
City Post Express
We rebuilt the website around the routes City Post Express ships and replaced its freight form with a quote wizard. In the first twelve weeks of its Google Ads programme, the site recorded 321 quote and contact requests, each traced back to where it came from.
Read the case studyNetcrisps
We built a Shopify store for more than 350 products and ran the SEO, paid ads and Klaviyo email around it. More than 45% of Netcrisps customers come back to buy again.

After their previous agency locked them out of their own website, we recovered it, rebuilt the store and took on the SEO and Google Ads. Online sales have since grown several times over.

We built a Shopify store where customers build their own pretzel bundle and subscribe to regular deliveries, and we run the brand's Google and Facebook Ads.

Two website rebuilds and an SEO overhaul later, enquiries through the website are, conservatively, five to ten times what the original site brought in.

What drives the cost of Google Ads management?
There are two separate costs. Your ad spend goes directly to Google from your own account, and our management is billed separately. The management fee depends on how many campaigns and markets we run, how much set-up and tracking the account needs first, and how often the ads and landing pages need new versions. We'll quote once we've seen your account and your goals. Our guide to how Google Ads management is priced explains the fee models agencies use.
How quickly will we see results?
Ads start showing once Google approves them, so the first clicks come quickly. Knowing what a customer costs you takes longer, because it needs enough calls, enquiries or sales to compare campaigns and ads. We'll tell you what's realistic for your market and budget before you start.
How do we choose a Google Ads agency?
Ask who will own the account, how calls, forms and sales will be tracked, and what you'll see in each monthly report. A good agency sets up tracking before spending your budget, works in an account in your name and judges campaigns on customers rather than clicks. It's also worth checking whether the agency is a Google Partner and whether there's a minimum contract term.
Do we keep ownership of our Google Ads account?
Yes. Your Google Ads and analytics accounts belong to your business, and we work in them with the access you give us. If you stop working with us, the account, its history and its campaigns stay with you, and there's no minimum contract term.
