Everblue works as a social media agency for businesses in Dublin and across Ireland, run from our head office in Cavan. Our social media management services also cover clients in the UK and the US. We plan and create content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, reply to comments and messages in your voice, and put paid budget behind the posts that are already getting a response.
Over the four years we ran Spice India's social media, its following grew from under 2,000 to more than 13,000. That growth came from regular posting and from merging each restaurant's separate page into one brand page, so followers saw one update instead of six. If you run a restaurant, our guide to social media for restaurants covers the platforms, reviews and time it takes.
Can you run our social media if we're based in Dublin?
Yes. Our head office is in Cavan, and we plan, create and post content and run paid social for businesses anywhere in Ireland, including Dublin. The free audit happens on a 20-minute call, so it doesn't matter where you're based.
Who this is for, and when we'd suggest something else
A good fit if
- Customers check your social pages before they book or buy, and right now those pages look quiet.
- You post when someone has a spare hour and can't tell whether any of it brings in business.
- You have separate pages for different locations or brands and want them run as one.
When we'd point you elsewhere
- If you just want someone to post a few times a week with no link to sales, a freelancer or a scheduling tool will cost you less.
- If most of your customers find you through Google, SEO or Google Ads will probably do more for you, and we'll say so on the call.
What our social media management services include
Content planning
Each month we plan the posts and campaigns around your business goals and what your audience cares about.
Content creation
We make the graphics, short videos and captions, formatted for each platform rather than one image stretched to fit them all.
Community management
We answer comments and messages in your brand's voice and pass anything that needs your team back to you.
Paid social
Paid campaigns put the posts and offers your followers already respond to in front of people who don't follow you yet. Our Facebook and Instagram ads page explains how we set them up and track the enquiries they bring in.
The right platforms
We focus on the two or three platforms where your customers spend time, rather than spreading thin across all of them.
Monthly reporting
Once a month we report on reach, engagement and the enquiries and website visits that came from social.
What happens, step by step
Audit and plan
We review your current pages and your competitors', then choose the platforms and the kinds of content worth making.
Content calendar
You get a calendar of the posts and campaigns planned for the month ahead.
Create
We design the graphics, edit the video and write the captions, formatted for each platform.
Publish and reply
Posts go out on schedule, and we look after comments and messages in between.
Report and adjust
Each month we look at what got a response and what brought in enquiries, then change the plan to suit.
Social media projects and what changed
Each case study starts where the business was when it came to us, then explains what we did and why.
Spice India
We rebuilt the website, merged each location's social pages into one brand page and put review displays in every restaurant. Over our four years together the group grew from four locations to seven and collected around 4,000 reviews.

A new nail salon opened with its brand, a website that takes bookings and gift vouchers through Fresha, and social media already running.
Read the case studyIrish Steel
We rebranded the association, built its website and membership system, and helped create the Irish Steel Awards, which have grown from 220 guests at the first ceremony to 300 or more.

If your question isn't answered here, email [email protected] and we'll get back to you.
Which platforms should we be on?
The ones your customers use. Business-to-business firms usually get more from LinkedIn, while restaurants, shops and consumer brands tend to do better on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Do you create the content, or do we?
We create it, including the graphics, video edits and captions. It helps when you send us photos and news from the business, because you'll always know what's happening there before we do.
How do you handle negative comments?
We reply calmly in public, move the details to a private message, and bring anything serious to you before we respond. We don't delete fair criticism.
Is boosting a post the same as running ads?
Not quite. Boosting pushes one post to more people. A full ad campaign lets us choose the audience, test different versions and track what people do after they click, which is where most of the value is.
How do you tell whether it's working?
We look at the enquiries, bookings and website visits that come from social, alongside reach and engagement. Follower counts are in the report, but they aren't the point.
