Construction website design starts with the searches your clients make, whether that is "ICF builder", "modular construction" or the name of a machine they need. We plan a page for each service or product around those searches and build the site so your own team can add projects and update pages. For firms that have traded on reputation alone, we design the brand first.
Our construction clients range from a Cavan modular builder to the association representing Ireland's steel fabricators. Arch-i Modular Construction came to us with a site only a developer could change. After we rebuilt it around the searches its clients make, enquiries grew to roughly four to five times what they were.
What holds construction firms back online
A reputation that doesn't show online
Plenty of firms have traded for decades on word of mouth, and a new contact who looks them up finds no website, no logo and nothing that reflects the jobs they have delivered.
A website only a developer can change
When every new project or update waits on a developer, the site falls behind the business and stops being worth sending anyone to.
Specialist work nobody can find
People search by method or product, like "ICF builder" or a type of farm machine, and a general services page rarely shows up for either.
Websites for builders and contractors
A builder's website has two jobs: to be found by people searching for the kind of building you do, and to reassure them once they arrive. We give each specialism its own page, add a project gallery your team can keep up to date, and make it easy to get in touch from every page.
Philip Mullins has more than 30 years in construction and specialises in energy-efficient building in Longford, but his business had no logo or website when he came to us. We designed a simple brand and gave each specialism its own page, from ICF homes to KORE insulated foundations and retrofits. The site now brings in steady, relevant enquiries from people searching for those services in his area.
Bishopswood Construction, a Dublin groundworks firm, had traded for more than 25 years on headed paper set in Times New Roman. We built the brand first and the website second, so the logo, guidelines, proposals and signage all start from the same look, and the site has become a central point for new enquiries.
Product catalogues for manufacturers and engineering firms
Manufacturers often sell through a conversation rather than a checkout, so a buy-now button is the wrong first step. We put the whole range online with each product properly described, then give every product an enquiry form that tells your sales team exactly which item the customer is asking about.
O'Donnell Engineering, an Irish agricultural machinery maker, had a dated site that never showed up on Google. We rebuilt it around a catalogue of more than 250 products, each with its own images, specifications and an enquiry form that fills itself in with the product. With SEO groundwork behind it, the site now appears for agricultural equipment searches and brings in regular enquiries.
Websites and membership systems for industry associations
An industry association needs more than a website, because membership, events, training and email all have to work together. We build platforms that staff without technical knowledge can run, with online membership sign-up and payments and a single booking form that handles every event.
For Irish Steel, the Irish Association of Steel Fabricators, we rebranded the association, rebuilt its website and moved membership online. We also helped create the Irish Steel Awards and built everything behind them, from nominations and public voting to registrations that produce the place names, table plans and hotel menus. The awards have run three times, growing from 220 guests at the first ceremony to between 300 and 350.
SEO for construction companies
Construction searches tend to be specific, so a page written for exactly what someone searched has a better chance than one general services page. Before designing anything, we research who you are really competing with online and which valuable searches they serve badly. Then we plan the site around those gaps, so it can compete from the day it launches.
That research shaped Arch-i's rebuild, with separate pages for residential modular builds, commercial developments and multi-storey construction. We also cut a 90-second brand video from footage of their finished projects, and the team now adds projects and updates pages themselves.

Do we need a website if most of our work comes through word of mouth?
Yes, because the people you're recommended to usually look you up before they get in touch. Bishopswood Construction had traded for more than 25 years on reputation alone, and its new brand and website now back up every tender and first meeting. A website also reaches the people who search online before choosing a contractor, whom word of mouth never reaches.
Can you put our product range online without a shop checkout?
Yes. When your sales start with a conversation, an enquiry form that already knows which product the customer is looking at gives your team a better start than a basket would. O'Donnell Engineering has more than 250 products online this way, and each enquiry arrives filled in with the product.
Can our own team update the website?
Yes, and we build for that from the start, because a site that waits on a developer for every change falls behind the business. Arch-i add their own projects and update pages themselves, and Irish Steel's staff publish events, training courses and publications without touching code.
Can you build software for quotes, orders and invoices?
Yes. Longford Fireplaces & Stone Solutions was quoting in Word and invoicing in carbon-copy books, so we built a back-office system where customers sign quotes online and invoices flow into Xero. It is the same kind of bespoke software we build for other Irish businesses.
