Do you set up HubSpot, Salesforce or other off-the-shelf CRMs?
We build custom CRMs, like the one for PurpleTree HR, and connect websites to the tools a business already uses where those tools allow it. For a large Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics rollout, a specialist partner for that platform will serve you better.
Will it work with our website?
Yes, if we built it, because the forms can connect to the CRM from the start. If someone else built your site, we'll check what it allows before we quote.
Can you move our data from spreadsheets or an old system?
Yes. We map your existing fields to the new system before anything moves, so you can check what's coming across. We've moved customer records and order histories for shops switching to Shopify.
How long does a CRM project take?
