Conversion rate optimisation in Ireland that turns more visitors into enquiries

We find the points where visitors give up on your site and fix them, testing each change where there's enough traffic to measure it.

Tell us where your website is. We'll look it over before a free 20-minute call, then walk you through what we'd fix first.

  • Your website: speed, mobile layout and what stops people enquiring
  • How you show up on Google for the services you sell
  • Your Google Business Profile and reviews

It's free and there's no obligation. Next, you'll pick a time for the call. No SEO or link-building pitches, please.

Everblue runs conversion rate optimisation (CRO) for businesses in Dublin and across Ireland, the UK and the US. Before we change anything, we look at how people use your site through analytics, heatmaps that show where they click and scroll, and recordings of real visits. That shows whether the problem is a long form, a confusing checkout or a button nobody notices.

When we moved Auria's Malaysian Kitchen to Shopify, we cut the checkout from four steps to two, added guest checkout and organised the shop around recipes, and the store's conversion rate nearly tripled.

Will you redesign our whole site?

Usually not. CRO focuses on the pages and steps that matter most, one change at a time. If the site needs rebuilding, we'll say so and explain why.

Is it right for you

Who this is for, and when we'd suggest something else

A good fit if

  • You get a steady flow of visitors from ads or search, but few of them enquire or buy.
  • You're paying for traffic and want more back from it before spending more.
  • Your online shop has a checkout people start and then abandon.

When we'd point you elsewhere

  • If your site only gets a handful of visitors a day, A/B tests would take too long to tell you anything. We'd fix the obvious problems and put the rest of the budget into bringing in visitors.
  • If the site is slow or broken on phones, that comes first, and speed fixes or a rebuild will do more for you than testing button colours.
What's included

What our conversion rate optimisation service includes

Conversion audit

We review your analytics, heatmaps and session recordings in Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar to find where visitors drop out.

Landing pages

Pages for Google Ads, social and email traffic are each matched to what that visitor was looking for when they clicked.

Forms and quote requests

Contact, quote and booking forms get fewer fields, clearer labels and better error messages.

Checkout

For online shops we simplify product pages, the basket and the checkout, including guest checkout and fewer steps to pay.

Calls to action and trust

Buttons, reviews and contact details go where people look for them at the moment they are deciding.

A/B testing

Two versions of a page are shown to different visitors at the same time in a tool like VWO, so decisions come from what customers do rather than what anyone prefers.

Process

What happens, step by step

01

Find the leaks

We review analytics, heatmaps and recordings to see where people drop out and why.

02

Fix the obvious

Clear problems, like a broken form or a hidden phone number, get fixed right away without waiting for a test.

03

Plan the tests

For everything else we write down what we expect to improve results and why, then rank the ideas by likely impact and effort.

04

Test

We run each A/B test until there is enough data to trust the result, rather than stopping on the first good day.

05

Roll out and repeat

Winning versions go live across the site, we note what we learned, and the next test builds on it.

FAQ

Conversion optimisation questions

If your question isn't answered here, email [email protected] and we'll get back to you.

Do we need a lot of traffic for CRO?

No. More traffic means faster tests, but with lower traffic we focus on fixing the problems the audit finds rather than running formal A/B tests.

How long before we see results?

Fixes to obvious problems can make a difference as soon as they go live. A/B tests take longer because they need enough visitors to give a reliable answer, and how long that takes depends on your traffic.

Is CRO part of SEO?

No, but they work well together. SEO brings people to the site, and CRO makes it more likely they enquire or buy once they arrive.

Which tools do you use?

We use Google Analytics for the numbers, Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar for heatmaps and session recordings, and VWO for A/B tests.
